Why is this focused on teams of 10+ sellers?

It’s hard to drive organizational and process change as you scale. It’s a bit easier with a small, agile team. So we’re focused on driving buy-in and alignment in slightly larger companies in this workshop.

How long will the workshop last? 

It’s a 60-minute session, with a 15-minute prep call. 

What do we need to send in to prepare? 

You’ll share call transcripts / recordings for an active, high-priority deal. Fluint’s software will turn that input into the draft business case we’ll use for the training.

How many people can join?

Your entire GTM team. The more, the better, to help drive change and make the process stick.
